Dairy Nubians
Our new and expanded milking enterprise has added registered milking Nubians. These Nubians add diversity to the dairy aspect of our ranch.
We strive for healthy animals at our ranch all animals are quarantined and retested for diseases before joining the herd mates. Tests include but not limited to Johnes, OPP/CAE, and CL.
The animals here are raised for their milk production. We love the raw milk they graciously supply for us. We usually lamb/kid share so they are able to raise their babies. We try and breed the dairy animals to have a constant supply year round. They have barns and shelter in the winter and trees for shade in the hot summer months.

Meat Sales
2024 we ventured into marketing our lamb as a finished product. We offer both grass fed and grain finished lamb meat. Both are home raised and drug free. USDA inspected.
We have numerous lamb meat cuts including chops, steaks, ground, shanks, and. roasts. Lamb is a super protein packed meat and low in fat.
